The Rewards of Caffeine| Coffee Drinking

Coffee Drinking -An international custom,  but is it taking a downturn like cigarettes did in the sixties?

Everywhere you turn, Coffee Drinking is in debate.

While there are some who are honestly allergic to it, the majority have stopped coffee drinking because of peer pressure.

Everywhere you look there are articles about how exactly awful caffeine is. My holistic practitioner has advised me to cease and desist with my Coffee Drinking claiming detriment to the joints of an aging athlete.

9-5 Coffee DrinkingWhat? You mean to take away my “cup of ambition”?

As Dolly Parton sings in her hit song in the movie Nine-to-Five, ”a cup of ambition” strikes a chord with our Coffee Drinking society.

“Tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen;
pour myself a cup of ambition,”

How can we find fault with Coffee Drinking?

How can we start another day without our Coffee Drinking?

What are they doing to our Coffee Drinking culture?

Whenever someone makes a decision to “get healthy” one of many first pieces of advice they get is to give up Coffee Drinking and caffeine.

One of the earliest things a newly expectant woman is told is to give up Coffee Drinking. The earliest hint that someone wants to adopt a fitness lifestyle is almost always the relinquishing of caffeine. But the simple truth is that caffeine can have some positive aspects for your health as well. It’s true! Here are some of the important benefits of caffeine.

Harvard University not long ago released a study that confirmed adult men who consumed four or more cups of coffee a day were at a much lower risk of developing Parkinson’s disease. They apparently believe that it is because caffeine improves the activity of the dopamine molecules in your brain. They think it’s also feasible that, due to caffeine’s blocking of adenosine receptors, the brain become less likely to develop amyloid-beta. This is the exact brain plaque that is often connected to Alzheimer’s disease. From what we can tell, there aren’t any studies at this time done on if caffeine consumption can make you smarter but it is nice to know that it could help you ward off Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases.

Most science states that that caffeine elevates the body’s blood pressure.

This means that it could put you at a greater risk for diseases of the heart as well as heart failure. Some reports have also been done, however, that point out the opposite. Brooklyn College carried out a study that demonstrated some men who drank several cups of coffee each day were less likely to contract heart problems. The fundamental approach is that, if you don’t usually have hypertension then caffeine won’t make your problem worse. If you do have heart problems, however, you need to stay away from the caffeine.

There are some who think that Coffee Drinking can help when you work out.

Muscle contraction is definitely reliant upon your body’s release of calcium. Adenosine helps the body regulate that. Adenosine receptors are obstructed by caffeine. While that possibly seems incorrect, the simple truth is that if your brain’s adenosine receptors are blocked electrical impulses get set off in your brain. Those exact impulses induce the release of bursts of calcium through your body. Your muscle mass need calcium for workouts and since extra calcium gets released, your workouts are then more effective after Coffee Drinking.

Apparently, one of the keys to maintain your beloved Coffee Drinking is taking it is in small amounts.

While Coffee Drinking and caffeine might be beneficial for disease prohibition and increasing health, that isn’t a good excuse to go over the top in your consumption of it. The critical truth is that too much Coffee Drinking  is actually quite bad for you. If you indulge in moderate Coffee Drinking, however, it could possibly help make an individual healthier. Don’t you want to reduce your risk of heart disease? Don’t you want to ward off Parkinson’s disease? Who would not want their fitness nutrition  to be a lot more potent?

As long as you don’t over do it, Coffee Drinking is that everlasting “cup of ambition”.
