I came to you with the following Diabetic Fitness issues:

1. Daily sugar readings between 250-400 as a type II Diabetic Fitness Goals Set

2. Over weight 218 lbs

3. Bad eating habits, out of shape – A mess.

My 3-Month Results at Live-In Fitness:

1. Ninety days of residential weight loss and Diabetic Fitness addressing the above issues, attending bootcamp, learning how to eat, what to eat.
2. Vitamin supplements, 3-hour a day total work outs, charting my work outs.

David fulfilled his own self-promises at men’s senior weight loss camp.

This was a long-standing goal for David and he eagerly joined the two other younger men at the private residential weight loss camp.

He had just sold his company to enter into retirement life and needed to lose weight and get back into shape.

Tony, age 53 was rebuilding his body after surviving cancer and chemotherapy. Donald, age 48 was on a mission to overcome health risks brought on by several years of self-neglect.

These included balance training and cardio conditioning. She also made personal goals to qualify for medical release from certain medications causing side effects such as weight gain, dizziness, and loss of equilibrium. Fall prevention became a focus and dramatic progress has been seen daily. Highest on her list of things to accomplish is the ability to get down on the floor with grandchildren and be able to get back up again without assistance. She succeeded within ten days of Senior Fitness conditioning!

Having fun bonding with family is a key to fitness at any age. Older adults cannot take for granted the functional fitness that they once enjoyed. Senior Fitness must be a daily goal and maintained for life. A wellness lifestyle is attained when you possess the physical abilities to perform life’s daily tasks with ease and with a reserve left over for play.
