1) Morning Camp Sessions 6-11AM Monday – Friday

HOW MUCH EXERCISE?
Each day begins with 1-2 hours cross-training boot camp followed by nutrition and rest break. Two to four more hours of exercise will be available according to student capacity with an ultimate progression of 6 activity hours.
