Debra’s program is kick-ass. I took part for several months and saw results after just two weeks. You have to be motivated to get off the couch and get serious about your health, but you are not a professional trainer so you don’t know what you don’t know…thats where Debra and her team come in. She was great at explaining why I wasn’t getting results with what I had tried before, and what my body needed compared to others. She filled the gaps in knowledge that I had and showed me how to get on the path to fitness. I have gained 15lbs in muscle and lost 3% in body fat thanks to Debra’s workouts.
