Here's a general overview of what you can expect once you sign up for my residential fitness and weight loss program:
You'll be staying in my 3700 square foot personal live in boot camp residence in a private guard-gated golf community in Henderson, Nevada. My home will be your complete fitness retreat with all the essentials needed to launch you into your new fit lifestyle of choice. You will live as my roommate, sharing my lifestyle, while I coach you to adopt new healthy habits into your own lifestyle. Plus, I will teach you how to workout at home, in mine, yours, and any other fitness facility for that matter. You will be able get fit quick and hold your own in any gym or fitness club. You will learn how enjoyable life is when you learn to control your health habits. We are within minutes of the freeway, movie theaters, shopping and the Las Vegas strip, which you can view from the beautiful mountain ridge in our backyard. Lake Mead is just down the road for bike rides and day hikes.
Your orientation will follow the Body-for-LIFE method per photos, measurements and weight, necessary to establish the baseline to measure your fast weight loss progress. The first few one-on-one personal training workouts will indicate your starting level of fitness to compare your boot camp progress over the upcoming weeks.
Naturally, a personalized body makeover program will vary according to individual factors. Your fitness "drivers" will be determined and play a big part in getting the quick weight loss results you want. While one may feel strongly motivated by music and dance, another may perform optimally with outdoor workouts when next to nature.
You will be able to focus on yourself, lose weight fast, and make a lifestyle change without distraction. You'll have up to 4-5 hours of exercise activity per day at your own level with one-on-one personal training sessions, outdoor workouts, hikes, bike rides, swimming, kayaking, while visiting Lake Mead and the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Some workouts will prove to be more suitable for an individual based on personal motivation factors and physical limitations. So don't worry, there will be a winning combination of activities that work best for you. Remember, your fitness program will be designed to suit your individual goals and needs. I will be your live-in personal trainer, to teach you how to workout, how to eat right, lose weight fast, to live in fitness, and make a lifestyle behavioral change.
Whether you are a bride-to-be, alumna heading to your class reunion, or newly single person entering into the dating arena, you just need to get in shape quick!
Ideal circumstances seldom occur in our everyday walk of life ... you know, because you've already tried, and tried. Until you learn to live a fit lifestyle, the results you desire will elude you. Come and live with me in my fitness retreat for awhile and live the way I do. You will learn new habits to replace the ones that aren't working for you.
There aren't any "packages" to choose from. Just make yourself available, make a commitment and I will make the rest happen. Decide how long you can stay within a 30-day minimum to a 90-day cutoff. You can always revisit for a 1-2 week refresher anytime later. Consider this your fitness vacation. We can also customize the length of your stay so that it works for you. You have seen it done on national TV so you know that it can be done; you can do it, too!
The only other "live-in fitness" search result you will probably find is a really expensive L.A. group with eye-popping rates like $15,520 for 4 weeks... and that's for being in a big group.
Plus, the L.A. group uses a team coaching approach, which means you'd be interacting with a half-dozen or so different trainers... could you even remember all their names?
