At our Residential Senior Fitness Program we offer balance training and fall prevention. Senior athletes like Sid Graber who completed his 4th half-marathon when he turned 87 years old this year train here. So whether you need one of our senior boot camps, one-on-one senior exercise, weight lifting or bodybuilding, your senior personal trainer will coach you to for fat loss and muscle gain.

Contingent on weather, we will be either on the 5,000 square foot Outdoor Sport Court, or the indoor NBA Basketball Gym, or the outdoors in general. Around here, there is no place without a panaramic vista to behold and motivation.
